This article takes you though a step-by-step process to create a new certificate for your Bandura TIG. This can be helpful for a number of reasons, but particularly for users of Chrome that may have noticed an error message such as the one shown below, blocking them from accessing the Bandura TIG.
1. Navigate to your Bandura TIG using a browser (other than Chrome if you are having an issue) and log in. Change your role to Crypto Admin in the upper right corner. Click on your Settings and HHTPS.
2. Click on "Generate CSR". Input all of the necessary information and check the box next to "Generate New Private Key". The Common Name should be the address the Bandura TIG is sitting at. If it is not mapped to a domain, the local IP should work. The email address is optional.
NOTE: If you are using a public certificate authority, be sure to input the full domain in the Common Name field.
3. After submitting the request, click on "View Existing CSR" to view the newly generated request. Copy and submit it to your certificate authority to generate the new certificate. Paste the certificate into the Bandura TIG and submit the signed certificate on the same screen as the CSR.
